    A completely free day is what we’ve had, today. And you’re right to include it high on your list!

    The chef at Litro (small outfit in N5) suggested roasting nuts (eg, hazel, almonds or cashew) in a little melted butter /sugar mix with a smattering of rosemary spikes (& add chilli powder if you like it hot). Leave in the oven when something else is cooking. Then eat when cool. Definitely as good as macadamia nuts & far less air miles! nicola x
